Returns/Refunds
We do not accept returns or cancellations. All sales are final.
Shipping Provider
We are not liable for delays, loss, or errors caused by third-party shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate.
If a parcel is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer must contact us to resolve the order. Once the package has been received back at our facility, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable. Standard shipping charges, typically ranging from $6–$8, will be deducted from the refund amount.
