Shipping Policy
Domestic orders within the United States are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. It takes <1 week to deliver your order once it's been shipped.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email within one week of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Returns/Refunds
We do not accept returns or cancellations. All sales are final.
Shipping Provider
We are not liable for delays, loss, or errors caused by third-party shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate.
If a parcel is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer must contact us to resolve the order. Once the package has been received back at our facility, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable. Standard shipping charges, typically ranging from $6–$8, will be deducted from the refund amount.
